Coverage

 

We deliver to all major cities in India and the overall Pin code coverage of our logistic partners is more than 27000 which includes almost every major city or town in India.

 

Pin codes are mandatory information to be provided to ensure we can deliver to your address.

Shipment with incorrect pin codes may either be delayed or do not get delivered at all and get returned to sender which may cost you extra for re-shipment.

We partner with only the first class air courier service providers and use the top quality tamper proof packing for all our shipments.

 

Tracking

 

Also, although our courier partners attempt deliveries several times before returning kindly ensure that someone is available to collect the package. You will also receive a shipment notification on your contact number/e-mail once your order is shipped. The tracking number will be active on our partner website within 24 hours of you receiving the notification. If you cannot find it on the website please contact us on support@binniswardrobe.com.

 

The deliveries are attempted on weekdays and working hours of the courier companies. Also, no shipments are possible on weekends as there is no pick up on these days. Order placed by you on a weekend will be shipped on the next weekday.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within India.

 

Delivery times

 

Your order is shipped within 7 to 10 days after all quality checks and reviews. Average transit time will vary from 3-5 days based on courier movement.

Please note that estimated delivery dates reflecting during order placement are indicative dates and not promised delivery dates as delivery timelines are dependent on multiple factors some of which are beyond our control. We shall however try our level best to adhere to indicated time lines.

 

Delays

 

There may be delays due to reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to process any return or refund in such cases however we would strive to arrive at a resolution which will be acceptable to you. In case of loss of material in transit we will notify you and will wait for 10 days before we arrange for replacement/reshipment.

If there are delays due to reasons such as stock availability we will notify you via your registered email. If you have ordered multiple products we may ship the items based on their availability in part or full.

 

 

Payments

 

All Payments on our website are encrypted and secure through reputed Payment gateways Razorpay for domestic transactions and Paypal for International transactions in USD.

 

We accept payments through:

·      All international payments are accepted through Paypal.

In case of any unsuccessful digital transaction, if payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will automatically be credited back within 4-8 business days.
