Requests are required to be reported within 24 hours of delivery


Process of return:

You can now process exchange or return requests directly from our website. If your item is within the return/exchange window, please follow these simple steps:

 

1) Visit our website and sign in using the registered mobile number you used to place your order.

2) Go to your account section and select the order you wish to exchange.

3) Follow the prompts to initiate the return or exchange process (as per applicability of the product purchased by you). Please verify the eligibility of your item from the product display page.

 

You are requested to kindly take action before the close of the exchange/return window. Please note that this 24-hour window is necessary to avoid misuse of our return policy. In case you miss this window or if you encounter any issues or have further concerns, please do not hesitate to email us on support@binniswardrobe.com. We are here to assist you and ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with Binnis Wardrobe.

 

Terms of returns/exchange

Binni’s Wardrobe will ship the replacement/accept returns at no extra cost and also bear the expenses of reverse shipping if:

·      Received product is damaged/defective in transit.

·      Goods are not the same as order placed (please read disclaimer)


In case of any other reason other than above processing charges including restocking and reverse pick up of INR 150/- will be added to the cost.


Please note: Most of our orders are made to order and are freshly made against your order. As a result we offer the exchange only option with same product or any other alternate product against these designs . Our whatsapp team can assist you by showing actual images of exchanged product on request. Feel free to get in touch if you so desire.

Unboxing videos are mandatory for claiming damaged product receipts.


Guidelines of a valid exchange

We request you to securely pack the products you wish to return and notify us so that we arrange to pick it up through our logistic partner. If we receive returns with cut/broken label tags refunds/exchange will be processed at 20 percent cost towards restocking & repair charges.  

We will ship the replacement immediately for a qualified exchange request. If the replacement item is NOT available which is a most likely possibility in case of products which are “made against order” we will request you to choose alternate items and assure you that we will leave no stone unturned to see to it that you are happy with the exchange. Or we will arrive at any other solution as mutually agreed by us.


Refunds

Our team shall try it’s best to ensure your quest for the right product in Binni’s Wardrobe is met with, however we do understand that you may want to postpone your buying decision and may like to go for a refund against your order.

After successful inward of your returned item, the cost of item shall be processed for a refund. The process of initiating refund will take 24-48 hours.   

Refunds will be processed through:

·      Remittance to the same account used for making the digital payment. The amount usually hits the account within 48 hours however the TAT from banks is 5-6 working days.

·      Account details shared by the customer in case of cash on delivery orders via refund link. The refund link expires after 2 weeks. Refund shall not be processed after expiry of the link.   


Disclaimer

·      Our packaging team takes utmost care while packing the products and products are shipped after thorough Quality Check however there may be instances of falling off of a loose embellishment, findings or other such components of the jewelry in transit. We would humbly urge our patrons to consider putting it together by hand or glue.

·      Minor shade differences in color or design due to the handcrafted origin of the product must be noted with due consideration. 

Order Cancellation

·      From customer’s end:

Order placed by you can be cancelled however we will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the order is already shipped and is out for delivery.

·      From the website’s end:

We may receive some orders which we shall not be able to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If there is any cancellation of your order from our end you will be duly notified by us. If you have already been charged for the transaction, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit/debit card or bank account.
