Cancellation & Returns

Return requests are required to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Process of a return:

1. In case you wish to initiate the process of return, kindly inform us of the desire to return through: § Email : support@binniswardrobe.com

. 2. Share the images of the items received through any of these mediums for our catalog team to ascertain the issue and find ways to support you to your satisfaction.

 

Terms of returns/exchange

Binni’s Wardrobe will ship the replacement/ exchange at no extra cost and also bear the expenses of reverse shipping if :

·        Goods received are damaged in transit.

·        Goods are not the same as order ( read disclaimer )

In case of any other reason other than the above :

processing charges including restocking and reverse pick up of INR 100/- will be added to the cost for exchange and 150/- for return & refund. This is applicable only for product which are eligible for return. You can check the product return eligibility on the product page. Some products are eligible for exchange only.

 

We do not offer reverse pick-up for international orders at this time.

Guidelines for a valid return

We request you securely pack the products you wish to return and notify us so that we arrange to pick them up through our logistic partner. If we receive returns with cut/broken label tags refunds/exchanges will be processed at 20 per cent cost towards restocking & repair charges.

We will ship the replacement immediately for a qualified exchange request. If the replacement item is NOT available which is a most likely possibility in case of products which are “made against the order” we will request you to choose alternate items and assure you that we will leave no stone unturned to see to it that you are happy with the exchange. Or we will arrive at any other solution as mutually agreed by us.

Refunds

Our team shall try its best to ensure your quest for the right product in Binni’s Wardrobe is met, however, we do understand that you may ant to postpone your buying decision and may like to go for a refund against your order.

After the successful inward of your returned item, the cost of the item shall be processed for a refund. Initiating the refund process will take 24-48 hours from confirmation of refund. Refunds will be processed through:

·        Remittance to the same account used for making the digital payment. The amount usually hits the account within 48 hours however the TAT from banks is 5-6 working days.

·        Account details shared by the customer in case of cash on delivery orders through the payment gateway link sent out to the registered number of the customer,

Disclaimer

· Our packaging team takes utmost care while packing the products and products are shipped after thorough Quality Check however there may be instances of falling off of a loose embellishment, findings or other such components of the jewellery in transit. We would humbly urge our patrons to consider putting it together by hand or glue.

· Minor shade differences in colour or design due to the handcrafted origin of the product must be noted with due consideration.


Order Cancellation

· From the customer’s end:

Order placed by you can becancelled however we will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are already shipped and out for delivery.

· From the website’s end:

We may receive some orders which we shall not be able to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If there is any cancellation of your order from our end you will be duly notified by us. If you have already been charged for the transaction, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit/debit card or bank account.
